Gerry O’Brien – President

Gerry O’Brien’s career now spans 5 decades having made his professional debut at the Gate theatre in 1970. He has worked on most of the stages in Ireland over the years appearing in productions of Shakespeare, Moliere, Yeats, O’Casey as well as Hugh Leonard, Neil Simon and Tom Murphy.

He has appeared in numerous TV plays and series for RTE and BBC and for US television. He is a much sought after voice actor working in the fields of voice over, audiobook and documentary narration and radio drama. Gerry has been a member of Equity all his career serving as Equity rep in his early career and on the Executive. His current role is President.
