Only collectively bargained agreements endorsed and approved by Equity guarantee real protection, transparency and fair working conditions for all.
This industry thrives because of Ireland’s incredible creative talent. Let’s make sure that talent is respected, protected, and celebrated under genuine union agreements — not “equivalents.”
